With over 20 years of experience in the commercial and government sectors, Shimul brings a wealth of expertise in science, project management, and business development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and a Master's degree in Biotechnology, with notable accomplishments including patents issued in both the United States and Japan for her groundbreaking work in developing novel drug delivery technology while working at Shire Labs in 2003.

Shimul's impressive career includes 12 years of dedicated support to the federal healthcare sector, where her exceptional industry leadership played a pivotal role in securing over $1 billion in awards for HHS-related accounts. Outside of her professional endeavors, Shimul finds joy in spending quality time with her family and passionately cheering for her boys' baseball teams. Her well-rounded background and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to our team at PT78.
