Morgan's journey in the technology and defense industry includes a notable stint at

SAIC, where he served as the Lead Platform SETA (System Engineering and Technical

Assistance) for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Ground Cloud Platform. His contributions in this role showcased his technical prowess and strategic thinking.

Prior to his time at SAIC, Morgan held the position of Director of Cyber Infrastructure at ManTech International, demonstrating his leadership in the critical domain of

cybersecurity. His experience with ManTech added another layer to his extensive

career, which began with a remarkable 8-year tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton. During

this period, he progressively took on roles of increasing responsibility, highlighting his
