Mr. Albert is a proven Information Technology senior executive with demonstrated success in building multiple start-up companies. While he enjoys experience with both commercial and international clients, the majority of his 40 years of acumen is in the Federal market with a focus on Health Information Technology. Although he has supported many agencies within HHS, influenced by his tenure as an officer on nuclear submarines, most of his energy was directed towards DoD and the VA. For DoD, his team built and deployed the enterprise wide EHR, AHLTA and its portable version TMIP. With VA, his team introduced them to large scale Agile development along with building mobile platforms for clinicians to securely use to access patient data both while doing rounds or from at home.
